OPERATIONS COMMITTEE

The Building Operations Committee is comprised of administrative representatives from the four occupants of the building:  Neurology, IND, CIN, and LARC.  The group operates transparently and reports to the Executive Committee.

The group will convene on a quarterly basis and as needed basis to discuss topics of interest and importance to the operations of the building.  The group obtains input from faculty and staff depending on the topic.  Ad hoc groups are formed for specific topics to make recommendations to the Operations Committee.

The group is formed by proportional appointments from each entity.
